At Oxiron Books, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return a book from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging. Please ensure that you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned book, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
If you need to exchange a book for the same title due to defects or damage, please email us at info@oxironbooks.com. We only replace books if they are defective or damaged.
If you are returning a book because of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning a book for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For late or missing refunds, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@oxironbooks.com.
